CLASS 2 VETERAN DOG 1
1. Stott's Mobuff Kashmir 8 year old slate dog with nice head and toning eye colour. Nice reach of neck leading into good shoulders, keeping a nice top line on the stand, good height to length ratio. Moved and presented well.
CLASS 3 MINOR PUPPY DOG NO ENTRIES
CLASS 4 PUPPY DOG 2
1. Broadbridge & Muir's Sallen Hector, Promising nicely shaped and proportioned 9 month dark brown puppy dog, nice square head with strong under jaw, good teeth. Very good outline on the stand, with just the right amount of coat, for a puppy of this age. Plenty of daylight under the chest, allowing a free and easy movement. Neat low set hocks which showed his rear movement of clearly, best puppy dog, best opposite sex puppy.
2. Welch's Reaosh Concerto 11month brown male, not as together as yet on the move and on the stand, which spoils his outline and movement; nice head and eye, good length of neck leading into good lay of shoulder, loose on the move both front and back.
CLASS 5 JUNIOR DOG 5 [1]
1. Handley's Bargemon Baryshnikov at Barkenbear, JW lovely raw 17m old slate, oozing quality all over; lovely balance on the stand, with all the attributes of a dog that I look for, pleasing head and eye, good strong mouth, not heavy but strongly made, top line sound both on the stand and on the move, lovely length of back, good rib and neat loin leading into well angled rear, just needs to finish but am sure will be chasing top honours in the not so distant future close pushed hard in the challenge (time is on his side)
2. Duncan's Ciopar Rangers Rascal strongly built male with many of the attributes of (1) just today preferred the length of back of winner. Heavily in coat, good lay of shoulder with excellent rib and loin again nit picking between 1&2 could easily change places on another day.
3. Welch's Reaosh Concerto 11month Brown male not as together as yet on the move and on the stand which spoils his outline and movement, nice head and eye good length of neck leading into good lay of shoulder, loose on the move both front and back.

2. Killen's Gallus Odds On Favourite Nicely put together young man in transition stage at the moment, good head and eye, good shoulder and nice rib, carrying a few too many pounds that made him roll a bit on the move. Just needs time to mature and develop.

1. Handley's Bargemon Beauford Tourer at Barkenbear 2 year old Brown male fully up to size but his proportions make him balanced, slightly longer in muzzle than I would prefer, good rib and strong loin, lifting his front a bit on the move today.
CLASS 12 POST GRADUATE DOG 2.
1. Aughey's Lochbarra Dark Shadow for Aughenaird No mistaking this dog's pedigree, his father's mark firmly stamped throughout him, Power and strongly built slate male fully up to size, Large square head with strong under jaw leading to good length of neck and excellent lay of shoulder, large deep chest and pleasing loin. Ran away a bit on the move but bags of potential, just need to finish off now.
2. Peart's Gillaber Ballachulish for Talluarchy, Good old fashioned dog pleasing type and strong head and eye good coat texture nice length of back, good short loin.
CLASS 13 MID LIMIT DOG 2 (0)
1. Aughey's Lochbarra Dark Shadow for Aughenaird
2. Gill & Cook's Gillaber Ballater Not the size of 1 but none the less a soundly balanced young man, good head and eye, nice coat texture, neat back end giving positive drive from the rear, just preferred the size and balance of 1.
CLASS 14 LIMIT DOG 2(0)
1. Gibb's Dychix Captain Jack, JW Fully up to size black and white male, so much to like about him, pleasing eye tone and good under jaw, nice moderate neck and good lay of shoulder, would prefer a longer length of rib but the dogs fitness and muscle tone kept his top line both on the stand and on the move. Best Dog RBOB

1. Gill & Cook's Ramsgrove Homeward Bound to Gillaber JW ShCM Pleasing dark blue male of well balanced proportions, first impression is of a soundly constructed man, well balanced squ head with balanced muzzle, strong under jaw and teeth .Eyes toning. With coat, muscular neck leading to good lay of shoulder, firm rib cage, holding an excellent top-line both on the stand and on the move. Neat low set hocks, Res Best Dog for me if there was just a little more of him all round he would be very difficult to pass by.
2. Paterson's Gallus Absolute Quality, JW Stunning brown male that I have judged before, is still a quality dog just has not developed in size like I thought he would, however truly balanced picture perfectly presented and handled, so many nice things about him just wish he was a shade bigger all over.
3. Hosie's Ch. Ciopar Flash Fisichella, An impressive man showing his age a bit these days but still has all the qualities you would expect from this kennel, stunning strong head, lovely eye, good mouth and teeth,
CLASS 17 VETERAN BITCH 3 [1]
1. Ballantyne & Burns' Ch. Bustroc Ae Fond Kiss lovely brown bitch that I have admired for many years, still showing all her qualities lovely type and expression, super head and eye toning with coat. Good lay of shoulder with strong front chest and well shaped ribs, strong top-line both on the stand and on the move, nice short loin with well muscled rear giving positive drive whilst not wasting any energy on the move. Best Veteran In Show
2. Gault's Ch. Osmart Maid In Black by Sioux for Lochbarra, JW A joy to look at, such wonderful old fashion expression and head, nice reach of neck leading to good lay of shoulders, not the drive of 1 on the move but still a very nice lady.
CLASS 18 MINOR PUPPY BITCH 2
1. Walker's Douglasdale Perfect Dream Dark Brown young lady, good height to length balanced picture on the stand, pleasing old fashioned expression which I prefer, nice not yet toning with coat but will come with age, moved out well on the move, nice length of back and well muscled rear.
2. Walker & Steel's Douglasdale Secret Dream Litter sister to 1, not as together both on the stand and on the move; very difficult to show two youngsters from the same litter in the same class, and she was clearly distracted by her sister in front, but again a well balanced young lady with most of the attributes of 1 but not settled on the move.

1. Delaney's Arranbrae Just One Look 9month slate bitch oozing with type and expression, eye and head lovely size shape and colour, good mouth with nice bite, good lay of shoulder giving free and easy front movement, balanced by well angulated rear. Neat low set hocks, well presented and handled. Best Puppy in Show
2. Peart's Talluarchy Angel Wings 11 month old bitch very nice eye and expression, soundly put together nice rib and length of back, just preferred 1 for overall balance.

1. Matthews' Echoridge Magaidha Glaschu, 18 month slate bitch of lovely old fashioned type, nice eyes giving warm expression, pleasing shoulder and strong rib cage, need coat to finish off the picture.
2. Dickson's Duncannas Highland Honey of Butterwood Nicely presented bitch with good height to length ratios, not as steady on the move as 1, would have preferred her a little tighter on the back end drive.
3. Steel & Osborne's Osmart Belle In Black Satin at Invercoyle again a pleasing type of girl not the finish or balance of 1 but with time on her side will mature nicely.

1. Kirby's Ciopar Ben Kilbreck 6 year old slate bitch good old fashioned type, with pleasing warm eyes and strongly made head, leading to moderate neck. Firm top-line and excellent length of height to length, move well keeping her top line both on stand and move.

1. Kirby's Finesk Ladys Fancy, ShCM well constructed young lady, good head, nice deep chest, long length of back balanced with her height. Lovely harsh coat, good sound movement.
CLASS 28 MID LIMIT BITCH 3
1. Gault's Lochbarra Maid In Moonlight, JW Nicely up to size lady, Dark slate with strongly made construction, darkest of eyes with matching coat, pleasing expression. Harsh coat good lay of shoulder and strong ribs and moved with confidence, firm top line held both on the move and stand.
2. Walker's Douglasdale Rose Angel stunning brown colour with good head and eye colour to match coat, nice upper arm and lay of shoulder pleasing proportions on the stand, just preferred the size and type of 1 slightly more today.
3. Peart's Mostonbrae Angel Of Peace for Talluarchy Good honest Slate bitch nice old type that I like good head and eye strong rib cage and nice length of back again did nothing wrong in this class to come third “we only have 1 first card for every class”.

Ballantyne & Burns' Bustroc Red Red Rose Superbly presented 6 year old brown lady, in absolute stunning condition, clearly showing all the qualities one would expect from this kennel, super head and expression with eyes toning to coat, strong under jaw with good strong teeth, lovely arched neck leading well laid back shoulder, strong ribs with well muscled fore-chest giving plenty of room to breathe, strong top-line and well muscled loin, leading to great rear angles and well muscled upper thighs. Neat low hocks, move and present superbly Best Of Breed, would be a privilege to own her
2. Barley's Braemoray Strathspey at Runival Lovely bitch with excellent eye and head, superb balance of length to height so much to like about her so fit in every department, we should all take lessons from her, Res Best Bitch.
3. Hosie's Ch. Gillaber Balnacara at Aliskye, JW love this bitch judged her as a youngster she was a complete handful today and was not settled both on the stand and on the move, again another day could have gone BIS, ( love her) but its dog on the day.
