The Bearded Collie Club of Scotland Open Show – Saturday 25th June 2022 (June 2020 Show) Judge: Mrs Fiona Steel (Invercoyle) I had a lovely day and it was an added pleasure to be able to judge outside on grass. This was my first Breed Club Open Show, many thanks to the membership for voting for me to judge this show. Thank you also to my Stewards Dick and Don for keeping the ring running smoothly and all paperwork in the correct order, thanks to the committee for their hospitality and to you the membership for bringing your special bears along for me to judge. On the whole the condition of the dogs present was good, there were a few with dirty teeth, and a couple carrying more weight than I would like to see, but these were in the minority. Overall I was extremely pleased with the quality of entries. I enjoyed the day, but at times I admit I had some difficult decisions to make.
